"I am running for president to return our country to the principles of liberty and limited government." ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´å Rand Paul
In ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ_Ì´å«Taking a Stand,ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ_ÌÎå´ Sen. Rand Paul, leading national politician and 2016 presidential candidate, presents his vision for America. From his electrifying 13-hour filibuster against administration-orchestrated drone strikes against U.S. citizens to leading the discourse on criminal justice, Paul has taken Washington by storm. His outreach to this country's minority communities alone ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´å championing reforms of mandatory minimum sentencing, school choice and the creation of enterprise zones for economically depressed areas ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´å distinguishes him as a politician and Republican the likes of which are rarely seen.
What lies ahead is Paul's plan for America, where lower taxes and smaller government empower a muscular and expansive middle class; an America that doesn't engage in nation building or fight wars where the best outcome is stalemate; an America that believes in constitutionally protected liberty and the separation of powers.
ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ_Ì´å«Senator Paul has given us a blueprint for limited government that would make Jefferson ecstatic ... the Senator speaks in words we understand with conviction we all admire and an understanding of the issues that is breathtaking." ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´å Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, senior judicial analyst, Fox News Channel on "The Tea Party Goes to Washington
