Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge.

Most products will qualify for a refund if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and the following guidelines are met: 

  • - An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to returning merchandise.
  • - Returned products must be in original and resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • - Qualifying returns will be issued a refund for the price of the product less a 10% restocking fee.
  • - Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • - DVDs, videos, cassettes, and CDs must be unopened and in the original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
  • - Refunds for purchases paid by check will take approximately 6 weeks to process.


Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of orders placed on business days. (Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office).

Shipping rates vary and are calculated based on weight and destination ZIP code.

Most orders ship from our warehouse located in Kansas City, MO.

Shipping options are:

  • - Standard Shipping: 4-10 day delivery
  • - Priority Shipping: 2-3 day delivery (additional charges apply)
  • - Overnight: Next Day if the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and the item is in stock (additional charges apply).
  • - Foreign orders: We ship internationally. Additional charges apply and will appear at checkout.
