by Michael Rood
May 23, 2010 was the 63rd Shavuot from the rebirth of Israel. Israel became "a nation in a day" on May 15, 1948, which fell on the prophetically significant seventh Sabbath of the omer count ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«Ì´å the following day was the first Feast of Shavuot in the born-again nation. Michael Rood was compelled to be in Jerusalem for the 63rd Shavuot, which also marked seven years before Israel's 70th year and seven years before the next Jubilee in the cycle that began when Allenby took Jerusalem in 1917 ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«Ì´å and Israel took Jerusalem in 1967.
For months he prayed for a divine confirmation concerning the events expected to follow the 63rd Shavuot, but divine confirmations seldom come in the way they are expected ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«Ì´å or even welcome ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__
Michael reserved the Southern Steps of the Temple Mount where Gamliel the wise and his Aviv Court met to determine the aviv barley each spring. The Ophel Gardens Archaeological Park had always granted permission for the attendees of our Messianic Shavuot celebration free admission to the site, but on the morning of Shavuot, Ophel Gardens decided that everyone would have to pay admission. We would NEVER have taken a head count of the Saints gathered from around the globe for the 63rd Shavuot ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«Ì´å but because the Park Authority took the head count, we found that EXACTLY 63 saints had come from around the planet to be there for this prophetically significant event! You may have missed it then, but now you can join Michael and be among the 63.
