Outside the U.S.: Whenever possible, items will ship via Global Priority Mail within 2 business days. In some instances, items will be delivered by international airmail.

Mexico & Canada: $8.00 for each item.
All other countries: $10.00 for each item.

• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge.
• An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from WND Customer Service prior to returning merchandise.
• Returned products must be in original and re-saleable condition to qualify for a refund.
• Qualifying returns will be issued a refund for the price of the product less a 10% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• DVDs, videos, cassettes and CDs must be unopened and in the original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds for purchases paid by check will take approximately 6 weeks to process.
