Your satisfaction is important to us. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge.  Most products will qualify for a refund if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and the following guidelines are met:

  • An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to returning merchandise.
  • Returned products must be in original and resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Qualifying returns will be issued a refund for the price of the product less a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • DVDs, videos, cassettes, and CDs must be unopened and in the original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds for purchases paid by check will take approximately 6 weeks to process.
