"

Born in the Gaza Strip in 1951, Tass grew up a Palestinian refugee in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. He learned to hate Israel for its attitude toward the Palestinian people. At the age of 17, Tass ran away from home to become a PLO sniper and chauffeur to his hero Yasser Arafat. In TassÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´ÌàÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«ÌÎÌÊ autobiography ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ_Ì´å«Once An Arafat Man,ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´ÌàÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«ÌÎÌÊ he graphically describes the depth to which his hatred took him. He was a trained killer. His nickname was as brutal as his life ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´ÌàÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«Ì´å Jazzar, ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ_Ì´å«butcherÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎÌ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ__ÌÎÌ_ÌÎ_ÌÎå«Ì´ÌàÌÎÌ_Ì´åÇÌÎå«ÌÎÌÊ (from the official website, Once an Arafat Man)."

Later, Tass moved to America to escape the violence. He found work, got married and completed his education. But anger still ruled his life until he was confronted by a Christian friend and mentor. Through this miraculous encounter, Tass finally came to believe in Christ. He recounts the story of his transformation in the pages of this memoir.

This poignant account relates how hatred for the Jewish people was traded for love, hope and peace provided by a loving God.
